Directions: Step by step

Step 1- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and chop the cauliflower into pieces.

Step 2- Put the cauliflower in a blender and grind it until finely ground.

Step 3- Place the beaten cauliflower in a bowl. Then microwave it or steam it for 5 minutes.

Step 4- Gently transfer it in a safe and clean cloth to cool it down.

Step 5- After cooling it for a little time, squeeze it until it’s very dry.
